Selling two ipods
1x 30gb black ipod 5th gen video $125 w/ replacement warranty with best buy PENDING
1x 60gb white ipod 5th gen video $175 w/ repair warranty with best buy SOLD

Both have usual surface wear but screens are in great shape, thanks to screen protectors

Both are full of music, you can keep whatever is on them, I'm not going to bother with formatting
Its up to you to figure out how to get the music off

They'll be able to listen to them but iTunes will wipe it the next time they try to put anything else on.

This reminds me of a time back in...................1981.. I Had two copies of GWTW taken from seperate TV broadcasts. 
(don't forget GWTW wasn't released on videocasette until 1985.)  So I have this extra VHS version recorded at LP speed (240 min -no commercials) , because in those days a T120 cost around $19 to 25 dollars each.
So I decided to place an ad in the paper:  for sale 1 VHS t120 cassette.. contains GONE WITH THE WIND $50.00  . , . I figured this way, I protected myself from selling the program but was selling the videotape itself..  ( hey this was 27 years ago.., )

I got three desperate phone calls all from Men wanting this for their wives or girlfriends.  Sold to the gentlemen who had the best reason for buying..  Valentines Day Present.

I'm not too familiar with the different iPods and I figure if you want to sell 'em, you'll be able to answer these. 

Do they support playback of video?

actually that's different, unless you go to great lengths, you can't get the music off of the ipod
if you plug it to itunes, you can only add music, and these are full, so you have to delete what's on there in order to add more, and you'll never be able to take it off unless you buy software that does it illegally, so as far as me being illegal, im clean, the person that goes the extra mile to get the music off the device is committing the crime, and if you want to set up the ipod on itunes, it will ask you to wipe it clean if you want to sync it with your library

for you to burn music on a cd-rw, I could without any other programs drag the music off...
its actually quite different, and im not pretending anything, if you knew anything about itunes and how ipods work, you would know that once its on there, you can't get it off short of deleting it, or using software that does it illegally... so in a sense its like me selling someone an ipod with a temporary loan on my music

one last thing, im tired of explaining things, if you don't want to buy one, don't bother reading it...
i mean are you guys that bored that you feel the need to comment on every post thats on the forum?  don't you guys have wives? girlfriends? lives? work? that you should be taking care of?

why go back and forth with someone on a forum when you aren't going to be changing anything with your words?
