As for having it's own tab, that's actually not a bad idea. I've seen it for other programs before so can't see why it can't be considered here. Most commands are self-explanatory. "Close" shuts down the program.  "Stop" stops processing the command file (easier than commenting out a file to make a quick change).  For the public release of 3.1.1, an updated help file will be included with a new section on command files.
