We usually get a lot of snow here in cottage country, but this year so far, hardly any at all.  It is cold and all the snow that has fallen (it snowed at the end of November, and a few times since) has stayed on the ground.

The Olympics will be fine.  Vancouver will do us Canadians proud.

It will be interesting to see what the world thinks of one of the most beautiful places in the world which is the City of Vancouver and surrounding areas.

Sorry for your two feet of snow.  Last year we had had snow piled high enough around our driveway that we couldn't see over it.

Plenty of snow where I am too - here's the view out our front and back doors this morning:

Cookie is less than enthusiastic about the snow.

The snowman got owned.

We really lucked out this winter so far.

A few storms, but nothing major. Had a brief thaw that melted most of it and now got brushed by this one and perhaps an inch or so on the ground.

He is indeed, and an undersized one at that. 11 lbs of dog vs way too much snow!

I've got a Cavalier, too! It is her first winter, and she loves the snow. It is better that way, as we got lots of snow, and every winter...

Mine is now 11 months old. I've never had a cuter and sweeter dog (and I've had a lot of them    )

Doubt mine will be seeing snow anytime soon though

sunny and warm here today..  Olympic resources have set up special pipes and chemicals  to freeze the snow so it won't melt as fast ..
