| Posted: | | | | When I try to upload the entire collection (in a none flagged status) this is what it shows: Smart-Ass that I am... I contributed all my collection as is. And to trick the system, I flagged everything in order to upload it all. After reading a bunch of topics here, I realized that it's not what Ken Intended it to be done like. How can I correct everything now??? | | | October 12th, 1985. Tonight, a comedian died in New York. |

I don't understand what the problem is - you have copied your dvd collection to your online listing. The use of flags / no flags is irrelevant to this. Your online collection still shows 123 titles (I assume the missing 4 are adult). | | | Paul |

I'm confused, but not as confused as you are The missing 4 that take the count up to 127 are the 4 ordered titles. To Liorb, I'm not sure what you're trying to say either? Uploading to the online doesn't add anything to the database. You just need to contribute in the normal way to help build that. Although looking in your online database it seems you/somebody has done this as most of your collection has images showing. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | I contributed everything in my collection I'll try to explain once more: If I want to re-upload my collection again NOW (just for kicks), that is what the software shows... (That I supposedly "Own" only 40 titles & another 2 in "Ordered"). And that's clearly not the case. | | | October 12th, 1985. Tonight, a comedian died in New York. | | | Last edited: by liorb22 |

| Posted: | | | | Ahhh now it makes sense. No idea why it's reducing your count down to 40 odd. I would say run a database repair, but as Ken has indicated there are some problems with that function I won't. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | have you uploaded your collection before...? IIRC Ken said, that only the first time the entire collection will be uploaded, subsequently only changed profiles will be sent.
Not sure how to read the numbers under that condition, but maybe the above makes sense in overall... | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

Not sure how to read the numbers under that condition, but maybe the above makes sense in overall... Yep... When I uploaded my collection for the first time I did not notice that only a part of my collection has uploaded. I noticed it later on. In order to overcome this issue, I flagged everything and than re-uploaded again (this time successfully!). But now... when I try to upload again in a totally none-flagged status, only 40+ titles are being uploaded (as the picture shows). After a while I started to suspect that the unconverted UPCs are to blame (I even contacted Ken about it), but I had no luck there either. So... desperately I decided to re-install the 2.5 in order to obtain my original DB. subsequently I deleted the 3.0 DB and re-entered the unmodified DB from 2.5. I've read all the pop-ups more carefully... only to discover that only 4 DVDs have not been converted automatically!!! So I'm back to square one - what the hell did I do wrong??? I'm going nuts around here The bottom line is that I can only see my full online collection if I flag everything (and I mean everything!) and then re-upload. That means that if I will buy another DVD, I will have to repeat that all process over again... Lior | | | October 12th, 1985. Tonight, a comedian died in New York. |

Flagging should have no effect on the upload, nor on the display. If you can figure out what's triggering the incorrect total display please let me know. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | I don't have any idea. After the initial installation I uploaded my collection as I always did in the previews versions of DVD Profiler. I noticed that the online collection was missing allot of titles... and that's Y I flagged everything and re-upload (and that's seems to work somehow). Another thing - the software informed me that 4 titles are flagged (at the bottom of the screen) but only 2 titles were actually flagged (I checked and double checked over and over again). In order to at least clear this issue, I opened 'Unconverted UPCs.LST' in the notepad... and there were indeed 4 UPCs on record. Of course I followed the guidelines and re-contributed. What's going on??? | | | October 12th, 1985. Tonight, a comedian died in New York. | | | Last edited: by liorb22 |

| Posted: | | | | Why did I have to open my mouth? now can't upload my full collection even if it's all flagged. This is how it looks right now: The actual numbers are 123 owned & 4 ordered | | | October 12th, 1985. Tonight, a comedian died in New York. | | | Last edited: by liorb22 |

| Posted: | | | | The transfer system is going nuts. Just look at that: When I go to upload my collection now, this is what it shows: And if I hit the 'Back' button twice and retry, this is what I see: And in the third time: Fourth... Fifth... And it's getting worse each time I try There's definitely a bug in the transfer system. | | | October 12th, 1985. Tonight, a comedian died in New York. |
