The lists correlate to the data that one shows in the online collection. When you list your current purchases, it's letting people know that those profiles now exist in your online collection. So if they see something interesting, maybe they'll click your collection link and look further.

I'm the 4th poster in this list and I fully intend that as a placeholder that I'll fill with my own list.
