| Posted: | | | | I just downloaded ver 3.0 having been a long time DVD Profiler user. I was a premium user from way back and now should have the Unlimited access but when trying to upload my collection of just over 900 titles to the Profiler On-Line site only about 97 would upload. This happened after a second attempt as well. Any idea what's up here? |

| Posted: | | | | Same thing happening to me. It varies every time I try, so I close DVDProfiler, re-open, refresh profiles, and try again. Sometimes it gets better, sometimes it doesn't. So I try several times until it transfers the whole collection. BTW...900 is an impressive collection. I just passed 750 recently and I'm running out of room to stuff them all. Good luck with your issue. I'll let you know if I come up with a different fix. |

| Posted: | | | | I seem to have developed the same problem .....re-ordering the collection numbers by title or release date seems to change the number of dvds uploaded to the on-line collection but it changes to a spurious number when scanned before upload ???

| Posted: | | | | I had the same problem, my collection has over 400 discs and it was only uploading about 85. This only happened though when I was using the DVD list View as Details. If I selected View as List or View as Thumbnails, it would upload the whole collection. |

| Posted: | | | | I started this thread and unfortunately I was having the same problem again last night. I just tried Jcheckel's idea and met with complete success. I think Ken C. might consider getting this bit of info out to the users - make sure you have your Collection in LIST VIEW for upload to your on-liner db and you should be ok. |

I have 859 titles, when I go to transfer it tells me there are 1263 to transfer and when it's done there are 517 online?!?!?!?!? Create a new, empty database and upload that. Then upload your default database. That seems to have fixed it for a lot of people. |

| Posted: | | | | I've tried all the solutions here, ie; upload a blank database, use list view... to no avail. I have 954 DVD's but only 946 upload to site. Am I missing something?
Edit: When I choose 'View this user's DVD collection' at the top of my post it shows 955! But the bookmarked URL still shows 946. | | | Last edited: by MyHD120 |

Am I missing something? Do you have any unconverted UPCs from your backup and restore of 2.4/5. Select Collection-Flags-Load Set and select UnconvertedUPCs.LST. Convert these to valid UPCs or disc ids and try again. The missing ones should be in this list if my theory is correct. |

Or you have the "Don't show in online collection Adult movies" set - note, you should see your own movies that are set to Adult - others won't | | | Signature? For some reason the new software reset it to NC-17. But, alas, it didn't help. Still looking for a solution. | | | Last edited: by MyHD120 |
