| Posted: | | | | Way to go US! A pleasant surprise, now i wonder who we draw on Sunday. Congrats to my UK friends for getting through. I had some very good friends on The Tampa Bay Rowdies from England back in the day, Rodney Marsh, Len Glover (who I understand runs a Pub now up in the Leicster (spelling?) area, Johnny Boyle (team Captain and very Rowdy). A great bunch. | | | ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!! CBE, MBE, MoA and proud of it. Outta here

And if we win you better hope you practiced your penalties this time. Rooney made a great match today, sadly didn't score yet. Don't know if I should wish him more luck next time ... | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Donnie +1 Couldn't see the matches. But both teams seemed to use their last chance. Let's see if the German team will also do. |

Not familar with the Ghana Team Great defense, slightly weaker offense. I wouldn't bet too much money on the USA to win. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Couldn't agree more, against the Germans they also had some good chances they wasted with bad decision making, shooting when they should pass, passing when they should shoot. I think they could have won and make it very difficult for the Germans, but they didn't. Paul |
