It is a little more complicated. You can use one headshot for an actor, that will be used for all movies in which he performed. But you can also have one headshot per actor/per movie. For example, I have 33 movies with Nicole Kidman, and 33 headshots, each matching the movie. For that, you have to use "paste custom" instead of "paste" when you add a new headshot. The problem is to share those different photos of the same actor since no easy system can allow this. But I can imagine a zip file of "Die Hard", for example, with custom headshots of actors playing in this movie.
