They aren't the only ones. Zimbio, and other sites, also show photos of actor Jay R. Ferguson as being Jay Ferguson the composer.
The internet is full of wrong photos of people with the same name. It is done by people who don't know better.
IMDB data is user submitted, just like DVDP....errors abound, just like DVDP.....
IMDB got the images from corbis, where if you do a search for Jay Ferguson you get mostly photos of the actor.....obviously the person at the IMDB end didn't know one Ferguson from the other.
Are there errors on IMDB? You bet. Tons. Some may be honest mistakes,... many are made by people who have no business contributing data.

This file includes headshots, which imho are better than the ones included in v10.
