I have just made sure all the profiles that were flagged as unconverted were fixed, hoping maybe that was the problem, no luck still can't upload my collection. i have no problem doing contributions, just can't upload my collection,

If anyone was having the issue before (getting the message that the online system is currently unavailable or an error has occured) , they should be good to go now.

-Gerri Just purchased the new version, brilliant job Ken but I'm getting the error stated earlier. can refresh FROM the server but can't upload my collection. any tips? EDIT: Working fine now, I did note the comments about changing the server so tried a re-boot of my system and problem solved.
