Except for a few small extras I believe the miniseries set you linked to doesn't contain anything new. You havent got the season 3 out yet!! , so thats why they said that Razor was to ease the pain of waiting...

Yep that's true for us dweebs in the states -- we're still waiting -- they hadn't even announced the release until late last year -- many months after season 3 was finished airing here. I'm a fan but drawing this out for so long is pissing me off.
