Thanks all... much appreciated.

Found a way to both spend time with my mother and enjoy my hobby today. Something that is also a blast from the past for her. Today we started to watch an old time movie serial. Those old cliffhangers that played weekly at the movie theater before TV came about. We are taking a little break right now... but are watching the old serial "The Green Archer". She got so excited to see this when I pulled it out. Said she didn't know any of these were out on DVD. She really got excited when I told her I had between 15 and 20 of these old serials... said she wants to watch them all.

Hello Pete ...

So very sorry to hear about your Mom. I went through a very similar situation a few years back with my Dad.

Know that you both will be in my prayers.
