Since I was a prosecutor going after drug users and dealers for 7+ years I can speak to the impact (on most people at least) of even regular marijuana use -- the old "Just Say No" is pretty sage advice.
However with my addiction to shiny plastic discs I'm not claiming I'm without my own flaws.
