You might have to pay VAT, you might not.
Sorry if I tried to explain this matter a little more, and sorry if I didn't cater to your specific needs.
The turnover on import tax you shouldn't have to pay anymore on imports below 150 € if the European regulation is also set in effect in Sweden. You might want to check your local news agencies to confirm it or check your Swedish customs offices websites.
Search for Import tax, though, as searching for VAT might render incorrect results (even though you don't care about naming it correctly, news agencies and government bodies tend to do so...). | | | | Lutz | | | | Last edited: by Darxon |

Are you sure this goes for VAT as well and not just the "zoll" ? Huge difference since our VAT is 25% but the zoll is only 3.5% (or was it 4% I don't remember exactly).

Happy shopping (X-mas will be sooooo much fun for my collection and my car....) I think, that this is correct for all EU countries, since the 22,- € limit (now 150,- €) determines, if the delivery has to be handled by the customs. No handling by the customs means NO custom fees, no VAT-pendant (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer) and - the largest part for small deliveries - no handling fees: these fees made about 10 € over here in Austria. Of that £20, £7 was duty and a whopping £13 to PF for the privilige of allowing them to collect the duty.
