While it is true that some of his decisions will affect you, ALL of his decisions will affect me, so I can't be too concerned about how others view the US. From a strictly historical perspective the election of a bi-racial President is significant. . Our politicians will make decisions that effect you based on the decissions he make that effects us.  Of course you should not be "too" concerned about how others view the US, but it's a long time since economy and politics was so polarized big decissions didn't have global impact. And yes, both Europe and Asia are able to effect the US economy and politics. | | | Regards
