Are you sure that Hong Kong is NTSC? I always thought that since it was a UK area until not that long ago that it was PAL and Wikipedia agrees. Afaik, every HK release in my collection is NTSC (admittedly only two media companies, Universe and Mei Ah). According to their website, Chesky Records is based in the US. They have distributors in many countries. My guess is that it is a Region 1 US locality release. |
