Both of those ratings appear to be Canadian ratings. The first is the Canadian Home Video Rating (PG) and the second is from the Quebec rating system (G). So, it appears neither is a US ratings system hence I'd agree with Danae Cassandra's vote.

Yes, thank you so much! Knew Quebec did its own rating ... but didn't know what they looked like. Good info for the future!
