I would try that but for this problem.

The DVD Rom I ran them on is a Plexter that tells me they are coded wrong. The DVD Rom in this computer is a LG and doesn't read the disks well. Sometimes I have to open and close the drive 2 or 3 time to get it to read, other times I have to reboot to get it to read them. There is something wrong with them big time. Now I can't get my drive to read disk 3 at all. Also if I remember right, the time I did get it to read disk 3 and scan the DVD, it auto went to the parent profile.

Never used my DVD drive for more that a few program installs. It plays other DVDs fine. I have given away the box set and will just buy special editions of the 3 movies latter. Removed the box set from my profiles.

It sounds to me that what you're seeing is that DVD Profiler reports disc 1 and 3 as American and disc 2 as Canadian. But that's simply because the same disc is used in both USA and Canada, and someone has registered them with Canadian locality in the database.

This is because the disc ID was associated with the parent profile.  So the program thinks you already own the title.  What you would have to do, if you still had the discs, would be to strip that information out of the parent profile first.  Then click on 'add DVD to collection' and then 'add inserted disc.'
