| Posted: | | | | I don't care......or better said, i mostly contribute the front with the logo ( in the rare cases of Cover contributions from me ), and maybe take the other side locally.
The only annoying thing at this could be, that there are persons who give a no vote because they would prefer the other side of the Cover.....and yes, such an reason for the no vote was given at an actual contribution from me.... |

The ruling given was that if it's the same other than the logo then the side without the logo could be used. What about, for instance, a missing BD-Live logo on the backside of the actual cover? Expendable? I think in one discussion to this theme Ken wrote: "So, as long as the flip cover otherwise matches the front, I don't see a problem submitting it." Hmm, "matches the front" does mean, it must be exactly same? If yes, the missing BD-Love Logo would be a reason for a no vote. Never got in this case, (Could also be i've overseen something) so i can't say what i would do in this case. |

What about, for instance, a missing BD-Live logo on the backside of the actual cover? Expendable? You are talking about Terminator 4, aren't you? I would not miss it. But: According to the rules you have to take the one with BD-Live Logo, because the missing BD-Live logo would be a second difference on the Frontside and therefore not allowed. Otherwise, the voters are deciding what they want. |

Unfortunately, yes. OTOH who would notice the difference if the BD-Live-Logo is montaged into the clearly superior existing scans instead of those washed-out that were submitted? cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

(To my more shame i have to say i needed a second and third see on the cover to notice that the BD-Live logo is missing) But imho i must say the Wendecover still "matches" the front. |

Terminator Salvation, for instance. Quote: I would not miss it. | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect] |
