If you order two discs at 9,99 USD with shipping you will end up roundabout 10,25€ each. For 3 items it would even drop under 10€ but than you might have to pay customs and taxes. You're right, it's still kind of a bargain. But also, shipping is relatively expensive  My last order was $71.39 + shipping $31.38 – so almost half of the items subtotal.
