That's bound to happen Ace with an Internet Poll.  People are going to vote for movies that they remember well - and the older the movie, the less likely people will remember it unless it was exceptionally bad.

I noticed that a few of the movies on the list (like Scary Movie) are intended to be bad movies.

House of the dead is by far, for me, the WORST movie i have seen in my life!! It was so bad i would watch it again. i guess if your going to make a bad movie go all out with cheesy dialog, even worse acting, video game kill scenes, matrix fighting, and techno/dance music for the chase scene. at least the main girl had a nice push up bra and her boobs were the main star of the film!! i thought Freddy's Dead was really bad as well. Almost killed a very good Nightmare on Elm Street  franchise(come on Roseanne Arnold/Barr was in this -  and Tom Arnold? WTF?? That's my top 2.
I liked Van Helsing alot and thought Catwoman was good too.(Halle Berry! yes please!!)

that list did give me a laugh. They should really just say "The 50 Worst Mainstream Movies Ever". I've seen some really, really, really bad low-budget films before that easily make any of those 50 look like masterpieces.

or like I've called it on another forum :

The 50 not so good mainstream films that you have seen in the last 10 years even if you followed the herd in the theatre to watch them

None of them are worst movie ever made materials, some of them are bad but many worst one were made from 1892 till 1980. But since it's an internet poll it doesn't worth a lot...

Loved:

Spider-Man 3
Showgirls (An iconic movie in my opinion!)
The Matrix Revolutions
Van Helsing (not the best but not the worst either)
Superman IV (was my personal favorite in the series).
I Know Who Killed Me
Ultraviolet
Scary Movie
Street Fighter
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
Highlander 2

Kinda Agree:

Dungeons & Dragons

Totally Agree

Catwoman
Battlefield Earth
Batman and Robin (The movie was awful BUT Alicia Silverstone's a s s was to die for  )

The rest I haven't seen so I can't really comment on them.
October 12th, 1985. Tonight, a comedian died in New York.

The 50 Worst Movies Ever... according to Empire. I've only seen a few movies from this list. Does that mean that I have good taste?

I owned that movie once, but threw it away real quick.
Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer.

Always wanted to watch it even if it's supposed to be a not so good movie. Not because it's my genre of films but because it was filmed not far from were I live (it was filmed at Falardeau and I live at Chicoutimi). I've tried to be an extra in it but no luck since we must be an union members here even for that, not a great miss but it's not often that we can have movie works here.

At least it would have been easy to document my uncredited precense if it would have happen

Voting for the worst movie ever made is silly. The worse a movie is, the fewer people get to see it. Chances are that if one could actually compile a list of the 50 truly worst movies, none of you would have seen a single one of them.

Are these 50 actually worse than Godmonster of Indian Flats or Hookers in a Haunted House?

You are right. At least these 50 movies were memorable, and so many aren't.

Your title is more accurate, but if you include non mainstream movies the list could be endless

It is nice to see that everyone has his/her own opinion about what movies he/she likes. For example I liked watching "Blade Trinity" which is number 45 in the list.
