Sure, that TV came from Netflix rather than our cable provider. But still, the only way to view it was on the TV in my living room (as opposed to being able to see it on the big screen). Netflix considers them TV series. Sounds like the Academy considers it TV. And what would season 4 of Arrested Development be if not TV? With that said, I have absolutely no problem with a new genre or whatever.
