I certainly don't know, nor do I care about it. As such, I'd prefer to keep this as simple as possible. One case type for any kind of "Metal Case" is more than enough for me.

And that's why I voted for Metal Case.

This not only would cover the regular size metal cases such as steelbooks or metal paks, but also the much larger tins that Warner used for Forbidden Planet, for example.

For example this box of the German Raumpatrouille Orion:

Or maybe we need to broaded the definition of "box" since I also have this Babylon 5 beauty made out of aluminum:

Good question, when does a case become a box?

Then, to make it as simple as possible, could we not just have a few "whatitismadeof cases"? Like "plastic case" for anything made of plastic (instead of eg. keep case,hd keep case and hd slim) and "cardboard case" for anything made of cardboard and so on?

At least HD Keep Case and Keep Case make a difference because one has a generated banner whilst the other has not.

But otherwise? Sure, why not?
