Only one contribution may be pending now? |

So apparently won't be able to submit until probably the 19th or 20th (the one up for vote was submitted yesterday). |

| | Posted: | | | | I have a crosslink and a BY in about 20 films to correct. So I wanted to do all at the same time as always, but 2 I can't do, blocked. It is really hard to work, now I must note me those two films to do it later, put the contribution notes into my private filed, this is really not the way to work when you have a lot of films and often change 20 films or more with crosslinks and BY's. For this I really don't want to wait, I look myself what contributions are pending and then I can do it the way that it works.

I absolutely agree I do not like having to keep track of contributions that I need to do later when I am modifying different areas than the pending contribution |

I have 16 contributions I am having to hold now. Every one of them modifies a different section than what is pending. So I have to lock what I changed locally, watch when that one approves, hopefully get in and contribute the changes and unlock my local.
I even have detailed changes to new releases hat I cannot put in because because someone wanted to update the overview.
It has added a local management step for the contributor that was not needed. I now have to manage what ones I have that are holding and monitor the status of the other contribution. All steps I did not have to manage before.
This is adding a lot of headache and I would suspect it will cause many to not bother contributing. | | | | Last edited: by Scooter1836 |
