As a 'free' user there are limits to what you can do. Most of the limits start after 50 profiles are added. There are limits on using plugins until you pay for the program, it may be that this is giving you trouble.
Play with the program with less than 50 profiles, if you like it pay the $29.95 and then you should be able to import them all.

| Posted: | | | | I'm so sorry if this has been discussed but I didn't see a solution.
I'm running Windows XP and when I try to install the program I get an error:
"LoadLibrary("ImportUPC.dll") failed- The specified module could not be found."
This is after the command prompt comes up with this text showing:
C:\Documents and Settings\Alfred>regsvr32.exe ImportUPC.dll
Any help?
