I ordered the same thing (X-Files box set, seasons 1-9) just about a week and a half ago. My dvds did not play either. They would skip and a few of them had scratches or gunk on them. I also ordered them from mydvdsandmore. Have you had any luck from them yet? I emailed them yesterday asking for a refund.

Stay away from them. I wish I knew that earlier. This is the second time in a row that this has happened to me. I am sticking to ebay now, even though I will have to pay 80 dollars more. |

I think their return policy states full money back guarantee as well. Also, I would be careful on eBay because their are a lot of sellers who are selling the same dvd's as mydvdsandmore and making a killing. |
