I got
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - 2 Disc Special Edition

and
The Da Vinci Code - Giftset Reveal Pack

I already had the regular edition dvd of The Da Vinci Code, but this is a nice collector's item with a 25 minute longer extended version of the movie and a second disc with extras, plus a 16 page booklet and a copy of Robert Langdons Notebook.

and last but not least:
a boxset containing 10 dvd's with "De mooiste films volgens de Volkskrant"  (the most beautiful movies according to the Volkskrant (a Dutch National Newspaper)), in the box are the following movies:
- Match Point – Woody Allen
- Last Days – Gus van Sant
- Manderlay – Lars von Trier
- Caché – Michael Haneke
- Volver – Pedro Almodovar
- The Wind that shakes the Barley – Ken Loach
- Requiem – Hans-Christian Schmid
- Der Untergang – Oliver Hirschbiegel
- Brokeback Mountain – Ang Lee
- Mar Adentro – Alejandro Amenabar

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, and The Simpsons Movie on Blu-ray.

People generally don't get me movies for Christmas as there's a fairly good chance I already own them.

I don't have that problem Erik... as I always give the ones that want to give me DVDs their own separate wishlist.

MY Mum is over eighty and not so sprightly these days, so I buy all our "pressies" (as in me, madame Mole & the mesdemoiselles Mole) on Am***on, get them sent to her home and she wraps them & brings them over on Christmas day.

Works a treat....this year I got "Simpsons Season 10"    & mlle Mole #2 got the BBC's documentary "Civilisation"...

Nah, just joking........I got Civilisation

Actually it was Mum's joke when she phoned to say all the packages had arrived!

Happy Wotsit, or in the words of a Newcastle FC sheep "Baaaa, Humbug"!
