Yes, I am aware of the sarcasm and I am aware since someone will disagree with me I will be receiving red arrows. I know I have stirred the pot, but can't we all just get along. For the love of Pete we all share in one of the greatest hobbies in the world. Why can't we talk about why flashers are better than slashers, or who the best actor/ess is, or even forbid what the greatest film ever made was. For far too long we have been sniping at each other it is time to get back to the topic at hand. Rico, you and I used to get along swimmingly, due to past arguments we are not. Sometimes we/all can strongly disagree with one an others point of view, but that's not a reason to hate, or not get along swimmingly. You couldn't ask for a better friend than the Lord. One more thought regarding off topic. Posts are conversation with an individual, and should reflect 'in person conversations. In the presence of individuals, it would be somewhat rude to ignore someone, topic of conversation, & start a new topic ignoring the original. Likewise in person should someone, ask a question, you would verbally respond. I don't know etc.. Should poster ask a question the same courtesy, should exist, as in verbal conversation. Also I've previously stated my position regarding colored arrows, and to this date have never given (that's zero) red arrows, & will never give one. I do give green arrows though. It was intended to keep conversations civil. No more, no less. For the most part, with a few exceptions, it has done that. Quote:

You would have better luck asking the tide to stop coming in. Agreed. @Rico - When I have conversations with my friends we don't "stay on topic" at all. Someone may be discussing something that reminds another person in the conversation of something else and next thing you know we're talking about that. What a boring place it would be if every conversation (here or in real life) had to deal with only one topic and had to reach an end before you could talk about something else.  |

A quick count shows "21 OFF Topic Posts" regarding an entertainment link. Are OFF topic comments 'red arrow' issues. A moderator probably would have made the comment about Off Topic if we had one. Also one can start his/her own thread regarding the other issues.
