Whatever's in the credits, that's the original title for DVD Profiler purposes. Anything else can always be stored locally.

Yes, in the case of "Seven" where the title card has not been translated. But in the case of a foreign film with a localised title card, the original title is the title card of the not localised version of the film according the foreign film rule. See "La Guerre du feu" (which is correctly capitalised according French rules BTW).
