And it doesn't matter now what or who turned this thread political, because as the posts show, that's now what this thread is. This isn't about "political correctness" (which tells you something important about this thread right there) — it's about the rules of this forum plain and simple.

It doesn't take much thought to see how the subject and substance of this thread would be controversial. VirtualScot surely knew where this thread was heading from his original post, as several of his other similar threads here have done the same thing in the past.

If you want to bicker over what is "PC" and laugh at other's posts with multiple smilies, feel free. Did I like Gaddafi? No, but I'm not going to cheer here over his death. I'm done with this thread.

Funny thing is that on most of the other boards I frequent (and yes they have political topic) the members act more as adult with this topic (I was quite shock by that on some forums) that you do here.
