I must admit, that was quite a spine tingling/jawdropping scary scene for me.

Another one is from The Eye (the original 2002 Thai film). The scene where Mun sits on a chair, a voice from behind goes "You are sitting in my chair", and then....
I really had to pause the movie and catch my breath.

But my favorite horror movie of all time has to be The Exorcist. I would love to have seen this in cinemas when it came out, just to see the audience reactions.
