Unable to reproduce that here. Is it consistent with particular entries?

The complete database seems to be out of sync.

eg. If I search for all post of Ken Cole (http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=byuser&Alias=Ken%20Cole) right now, the latest Message displayed is: http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=826323&messageID=2590992#M2590992...

Yes with newly added titles; if I add a new title and upload to my online collection the Profile Links screw up then. If I mis-enter a link or wish to remove it, I can't... it gives the message that the profile is not in my collection, which is obviously incorrect.

Also if I view those newly added titles under "View/Submit Links" the profile link numbers and icons show up as blank, even if new links have been successfully added to the profile.

I noticed these problems immediately after the site upgrade came back online. I did try to add a link to one old profile, and kept repeatedly getting an "Unexpected Error".

I've tried it in different browsers; Chrome, IE, Firefox, but the same exact problems occur.

You can try adding/uploading "Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things" (089859-902727) for example, and see if it reproduces it for you when adding/removing a profile link to it.

I uploaded some contribution at 01. Feb. and they have the status "Released" since more then 24h but they never come pack as "Online Profile List" on my other devices.
Are they lost and should I upload them again?

All your recent accepted profiles show correctly in my testing on Windows, iPhone and Android.  If you don't see them on Windows, try selecting Online->Refresh Online Profile List while holding CTRL.

It forces a complete new download of the Online Profile List. Normally, you just get a small daily update with changes and new additions, but "Refresh Online Profile List while holding CTRL" gets you the entire list, which can be useful if something went wrong.
