Never tempt fate, or your FAVORITE all time film will be released on DVD while you are in a NO watch genre mode.

Well... This is it. The beginning of my last month without horror. In 30 days (counting today) I will be starting my Month Long Horror/Halloween Marathon.

This year I must do my best to beat last year's totals:

Movies: 100
TV Eps: 45
Other:  2

I am confident when it comes to the TV Eps and Other... but Not so sure I can watch more then 100 movies also!

Oh yeah! I been trying to concentrate on TV Series to make the time go by faster... so that helps. I know every weekend when looking for movies to watch the Horror ones always seem to jump out at me... and I have a hell of a time finding anything non-horror I want to watch!

Watch the entire Stargate SG:1 series.  At two discs a day, it will take you a month to watch it.

I had season 1 by itself for awhile now and finally decided to watch it.  After finishing it, I went out and purchased the entire series and have sense been watching on average a disc a day (typically 5 episodes a disc).

The series was remasked to widescreen format and the overall quality of the first two seasons aren't that great due to the SD format but things pick up with S3.  It looks like they filmed it like they did Babylon 5 - originally 4:3 format but framed the shots so the top & bottom could be cropped off with no real loss.

I haven't bothered with any of the next seasons because I keep figuring I will just get the complete series set once I can afford it again. One of these days!
