For example Simpsons Series 10 contain the special Halloween credits but without using "cedited as" - hence Rat Groenig has now appeared in the crew list and we now have an actors with names like Harry/(Dead til 2005)/Shearer and Nancy/'Killer Actor'/Cartwight appearing.

As such it cannot be contributed into the database. Shame. The cast and crew data in CCViewer is always as credited. Linking is done via the Alias table. As a matter of fact, for this specific episode, the crosslinks are available in CCViewer data. You will have to update your alias.cfg file (File->Update->Other Data). I have updated it recently. Just to be safe, from now on I will always update it, when I am updating the TV data. A note to the contributors, who send me TV data: If you want to have alias entries you have done for your TV data be included in the update, please send me the Alias.cfg (File->Export->Alias Data) with your TV data. I will merge it with mine and it will be included in the next update. | | |
