Upload speed half what it should be - which is bad, as I do not need the download speed but had to go for an expensive subscription to get decent upstream (though in all fairnes, I might have had upstream traffic of the server at the same time).

It is a bit confused though - XS4ALL is my ADSL provider (fixed IP, high quality service, but they can't provide more than 10Mb/s where I live), but my load balancer threw the traffic over my cable connection (UPC, low quality service, hardly know what a fixed IP is, but relatively low cost per Mb)
Regards
Lars

My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT.
FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it!

One area I've really Noticed big time is the massive speeds on the European Market..

(look at Austria 3 above...  356 Mb/s  ??  )

Do they have a different ''set of rules''  over there than we have here in North America..???

just ran their test over at Liwest and got these numbers -
Download Speed: 15874 kbps (1984.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 861 kbps (107.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

I think the 356 Mb/s are over a cable TV line. Over normal phone lines the maximum is much lower. (typical is most times a maximum of ~16Mb/s, which is not available in many regions.)
