He is an happy monster from the 70's. He is the main caracter from "L'Île aux Enfants", a TV set for kids.

I saw this picture on Earth Observatory of an Aurora Australis taken from the IMAGE satellite and digitally overlaid to the Blue Marble image of the Earth. I love the picture itself, but I also like the fact that once scaled down, it almost looks like the Death Star  |
