For one of my DVDs, I scanned the cover sheet outside the DVD case.  At initially accepted the front cover but insisted that the back cover was an "invalid source rectangle" and ultimately refused to save both.  This makes absolutely no sense, as the rectangle was simply the back cover.  Title in question:  Mark-Anthony Turnage: Greek (807280210590).
