Online collection doesnt match desktop |

Hope you can help, my collection on my desktop shows 1912 movies, all under owned.
When I upload and it does the compare.
Local shows:
Owned: 1612
Other: 291
Total: 1912
The online collection shows 1597.
I've checked my collection settings, renumbered, re-upload nothing seems to work. and I cant figure out why on my desktop its showing 291 other either.
Any help would be great, thanks.
