| | Posted: | | | | It sounds like you may mistakenly have chosen Download instead of Upload. If your online collection was empty, then that would empty your local database, resulting in 0 DVDs. If you have a backup of your collection then now is the time to restore from that backup. If you don't, then I guess you're out of luck.  You should always have a recent backup, in case anything goes pear shaped. File -> Backup Database is the way to go. After you have re-entered 1800+ profiles...  And preferably the backup should be stored on a different disc than your collection (or in the cloud), so if you should have a disc crash it doesn't take out both your collection and the backup. A tip: A cheap hand scanner will save you some time if you have to enter 1800+ profiles. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.

(Mobile to PC?, Mobile to Online?, etc).If it should be obvious, please humor me and tell us anyway, exactly what you did? Have you lost both your mobile and PC databases, or only one of them? Do you have a backup of your mobile phone contents? If you do, you might be able to recover lost mobile data. Do you in fact have a database backup (even an old one), or an XML export file, a saved flagged list? Let's dig under all the rocks before you declare disaster. | | | Thanks for your support.
