The online can only be changed by the options in My Profiler. You have 2 color choices and 2 default sorts. Cover art is used from the main db only.
For a customized display, some people have been using phpDVDProfiler with the V2.4/5 of DVDProfiler to upload their collections to their own hosted web space. The author of that utility has posted in the Layouts discussion that he is working on getting it compatible with this new version of DVDProfiler.
Someone more knowledgeable than me may be able to tell you more, I have never used phpDVDProfiler.
