Sounds like your webserver timed your update out. Just rerun the update and it will continue from where it left off.

Did you set your parental control in phpdvdprofiler up?

ajm - to be honest, I just unzipped the new version over the old and ran the new SQL scheme so I don't remember.  my localsiteconfig file hasn't changed since intial set up

FregLooks - yes that is correct.  I ran a complete update at first and it would stop after mentioning 500 added.  I ran update again, but not as a complete and it finished the update to the point it showed the link on the bottom of the page.

I have to ask... in statistics, what is the difference between normalized and not?

in the normalised count, child profiles are not counted.

this was a rather ham-handed attempt to keep Richard Dean Anderson from overwhelming the statistics because he was in approximately 1 trillion Stargate profiles.

So, it doesn't really mean anything, but it removes some data which might occlude other data

My original hope with the statistics page was to put a couple of goofy things on the page, and then other people would present ideas for more meaningful things, or would customise their own.
