| Posted: | | | | Excuse me for the bad writing, but I'm from the Netherlands and not so good in English. My problem is that i cannot refresh anything from de online pullmenu. Even if the firewall is out. Can anyone help or advidse me? Thanks in advance.

Paul Looking at your avatar, I would say that your writing is very good for someone so young . As far as your problem with refreshing profiles/images, are you getting any sort of error message when you attempt to refresh? | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | netnanny software? or simular? you tryed the alternative connection within dvdprofiler: Tools > Options > Online > Mark Use Alternate Internet Connection method
or is your ISP using a proxy server then you have to use your ISP details on proxy server: mark use proxy server and fill in details you find something like: address: proxy.scarlet.be port: 8080
