Yeah I've seen it earlier. Have you noticed how stupid they are on trying to do it? I mean, they ACTUALLY try to perform the form conveied. While they're alowed to just pass through it without performing any specific form. lol

This is an oft seen technique in Japan, based upon the idea of kuroko - basically stagehands who dress in black to hide their presence. You often get this sort of thing as a from of entertainment.

Both of these clips are from a TV show called 'Kaso Taisho', and it has a great any more in a similar vein, although these are some of the best (try the sixth button from this link).

Other parts of Asia offer similarly common-there-but-not-here entertainment techniques, such as these...
