lol.. yeah... it pushes it a little... I thought about it before the month started but I  ended up  deciding to allow comedy horrors and spoofs.

Oh... I am determined... just hope being determined will be enough... as I still have to watch at least 18 more horror movies by the end of the month (I don't count the TV Episodes for that goal) to beat my personal best!

I once thought I'd give out candy but was quickly persuaded otherwise when all I got for four straight hours were a bunch of emo-wannabes (as my wife is Goth, this was met with many giggles and snide remarks) banging on my door and threatening "tricks" if I didn't comply. So, now we turn off all the lights, lock the screen doors and park the car behind the house. And we decorate inside the house for our own enjoyment.

This is a problem we never have... We been living at our current address for about 25 years now... and we never once had a single Trick or Treater! I thank the no street lights on the road we live on for that!

I really liked it - by far one of the best King films I've seen; right up there with Cujo, Carrie, Misery, Dreamcatcher, Shawshank Redemption and The Green Mile (oh, and The Stand, Desperation, Storm of the Century and, and, and....      )

But seriously - well worth a look (I especially enjoyed the DC version).
