I got a Double Feature DVD movies from Universal. In the same case I have "Dante's Peak and "Daylight". Of course the UPC code is not detected. Any suggestions on how to logically enter these titles? Thanks.

put the disc in you computer disc drive and then choose add new from disc id in profiler. should find the profiles if they exist. if they don't, create profiles using the disc id. if one sided, use dividers for the two movies; if two sides, profile each side as a separate disc id.

this should be in the rules.

Thanks for the kind reply. It is two seperate dics. I know each disk will be detected as seperate movies. but I would have liked it better as one box with the two titles. Thanks again

I've got quite few of these type of colelctions with two or three movies in. Create a new profile for the boxset, then add the existing profiles as boxset contents

Thanks again for the kind reply. I am new at this. I will try your tip, but I will not see the box the dvd case I bought at the store. I will see the DVD cover of the seperate DVD titles. Maybe that UPC code will eventually show up on dvd profiler. I am sorry if I sound stupid.

It okay to ask questions, its how we learn. When you do contribute the Double Feature make sure you follow the contribution rules for a boxset, which can be found here. Why wait for the UPC code to show up? Just contribute it yourself, because I'm sure their are other users out there waiting also.

Thanks for the kind reply. I wish I could just use my flatbed scanner and just "contribute" the cover of my double feature and then enter it in dvdprofiler. Anyway, I'll play aroung with the profiles. I have never done that before. Note about USB keys. I backed up all my collection (about 250 titles) on a USB key. Well , they can go bad. I guess I pulled out the key while it was still writing data. Now I have to re-enter all my collection. Please use at least 2 backups.
