When adding a dvd you can personalise it but you cant edit the profile until they've been added.  However if you untick 'Download Profile From Invelos' add a dvd then re-tick it, all the profiles you add after this will open with the edit window.

Edit: Nevermind, just noticed that it doesnt download most of the profile data (including the covers) so you have to refresh the profile to complete it. Thought I was on to a winner there
