Not sure if wrote that right, but the city in Germany. Since there are a lot German users here thought someone here might be from there?

As i need a little help with one thing. I need a proper drafting Scale / architectural ruler. Small thing right, but apparently they dont sell anything else but some plastic rubbish here. My father is going to that city in january so thought if anyone that lives around there could point out some proper stores that could sell some professional drafting equipment I cant order online cause i have many requirements, and its better to see the product in person.
