Defective BluRay disc (Fifth Element)

Is there anyone else out there that has received BD that has been defect? I recently bought The Fifth Element from HD Movie Source, and when I should play it my player refused to play it with the following information "Cannot play disc" UPC is 043396215207, and it should be regionfree. However when I took the disc out after a few tries, I looked under the disc and it seems like it's a big chunk missing from the printing of the disc. It has the "goldcolor" and over nearly half the disc the goldcolor is missing. Where it should be it's just like plastic left so no wonder my player wouldn't play it 
Anyway I hope HD Movie Source will send me a new one   It looks like that the printing company runned out of color on my copy

Um, sounds like you may have a pirated copy....

No, must be a production fault. The cover was plasticsealed with security stickers on it. It's a genuine product. Anyway they're sending me a replacement

Looks like there may have been a problem when the scratch protection step was applied.  Give Sony a call to receive a replacement:
