About a Year ago I received Everybody Loves Raymond Season 7 as a gift. Around Oct 07 we finally made it to season 7 and opening the set. when we go to Disc 3 a couple of the episodes on the disc would not play due to a spot that was burnt onto the dvd.
I looked and looked for contact info to contact HBO and found contact info for Store.hbo.com. I contact them in October to see about a replacement because i could not return because ti was a gift and it was months since I had received the set.
Store.hbo.com said to send the DVD to them and they would replace it. and gave me an address to send my DVD to in New York. So I send the Disc to them and for 2 months they do not contact me.
Finnally I contact them and 31 E-Mails later find out that HBO dvd' are distributed by warner home video:

I finally got a replacement disc yesterday after 3 months. I am posting this info so that in case anyone has any issue with any of the HBO sets.
