THX When the collections tab is in list view, right-click and add CoO, and the column will be added. You can then sort. Not sure about CaseType. Maybe try reports. Same goes for filters - I see CoO, but I don't see CaseType - maybe it's there ... Both fields are available in the MyTabs plugin. | | | Thanks for your support.
